These terms govern your use of DaycareFlow. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
DaycareFlow is software for solo home daycare providers to manage children, families, attendance records, and billing tracking, and for the parents those providers invite to view their own child's information. DaycareFlow does not process payments on anyone's behalf, is not a payment processor, and is not a substitute for your state's child care licensing requirements — you remain responsible for complying with your own state and local regulations.
You sign in with Google OAuth. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter, including information about children and families you add as a provider. Don't share your login or let someone impersonate you.
As a provider, you're responsible for having the right to collect and store the information you enter about children and parents, for obtaining any consent required under your state's law before doing so, and for the accuracy of billing, medical, and attendance information you record. DaycareFlow is a record-keeping and tracking tool — it does not verify the medical, legal, or licensing accuracy of anything you enter.
A parent account is created by redeeming a share code from a provider. A parent can view, but generally cannot edit, the information their provider has entered about their linked child(ren).
DaycareFlow is currently offered free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll communicate pricing changes before they take effect for existing accounts. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Don't use DaycareFlow to store information you're not authorized to collect, to misrepresent who you are, or to attempt to access another user's data. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your profile and cascades through the records tied to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
DaycareFlow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between providers and parents, for the accuracy of information a provider enters, or for a provider's compliance (or non-compliance) with their own licensing obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (which, during early access, is zero).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active accounts.
